Ritual Wellness ATX is a local mental health practice based in Austin, TX. Our company values include community, connectedness, equitability, inclusivity, empowerment, transparency, safety, and kindness. As a social justice informed practice, we strive to facilitate individual and collective healing for our community through high-quality, culturally sensitive, and person-centered mental health services and education.
We make every effort to provide a non-judgmental, empathetic, and safe environment in order for you to share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a trusting and therapeutic environment.
Our approach to the therapy process is one that is focused on empowerment and collaboration at every stage of the process. From the beginning of treatment, you will have an integral voice in your treatment goals and your clinician will partner with you to help achieve those goals. In order for psychotherapy to be effective, your participation in sessions, honest feedback, and commitment to the process is of great importance.
The Story Behind Our Name
Our name emerged from many thoughtful conversations about what therapy means to us and what we hope to
create for our clients.
“Ritual”
Therapy can be a routine part of self-care.
Psychotherapy is a protected, sacred space that facilitates personal transformation.

Psychological wellness is holistic and can incorporate other avenues of wellness such as massage, acupuncture, etc.

Everyone benefits from a wellness approach, regardless of diagnosis or not.
Wellness is a proactive, preventative, and strengths-based perspective as opposed to a pathology-based perspective.

ATX is an abbreviation for Austin, Texas.
Although some of our clinicians are able to provide services in other states, we wanted to highlight our local community here in Austin!
