Welcome! My name is Dr. Lauren Mason and I am a Clinical Psychologist and a Shamanic Practitioner. My practice is rooted in social justice, cultural sensitivity, and liberation psychology, and I am committed to the principles of human and civil rights in all aspects of my work. I have had the pleasure of working with clients from various racial and ethnic identities, nationalities, gender identities, religious faiths, immigration statuses, and sexual orientations. While I have formally studied culture and diversity (i.e. Cultural Anthropology), I am also committed to a personal, life-long journey of learning/unlearning so that I can foster empathetic, inclusive, and equitable spaces for all individuals.

My background in community health, integrated primary care, and Industrial-Organizational Psychology along with my clinical specialization in complex trauma & chronic stress make me a unique fit for consulting on these issues.
If you have recently received training in EMDR, I am certified to provide consultation hours for therapists to complete their EMDR Basic Training or EMDR Certification.
